From Palermo to Olive Street
The Novello family has been in the kitchen since 1972. Gio started working on his sauce when he was 11 years old. Decades later, he brought that recipe to Scranton and opened the doors in December 2022.
Everything is made from scratch. The dough, the sauce, the whole menu. It's the kind of food that earned "Best of Lackawanna County" because people can taste the difference.
